Bathroom Demolition

Considerations When Ripping out the old .

Sometimes all or partial demolition is needed to remove old or damaged building materials before you can start your renovation. Considerations need to be put in place to provide safety for you, your neighbours, workers and visitors. Demolition near Schools or other important places will require special attention.
Ask yourself if the demolition will cause excessive dust or expose you or others to hazardous materials. Dust is an important issue because everyone thinks that the dust from building sites or renovations will harm all who come into contact with it. Dust and unmanaged waste are the main reason that authorities are called to investigate construction works!
Demolition is a very dangerous job. It doesn't  matter how easy it looks or the size of the Demolition, it's what materials you will handle and what risks you will be facing., Building renovation is one of the most common activities in Australia today, but as with most previous practices, a lot of dangerous materials were used then and now.. The manufacture and use of asbestos product was banned nationally from 31 December 2003.
